1. Program Overview & Incentive Structure

We partner with creators, astrologers, lifestyle educators, and family/parenting publishers who share self-discovery tools, birthday milestones, and season/calendar insights. Our mission is providing fast, privacy-first, zero-login tools where user birthdates never leave their own device.

Program Phases & Compensation

Phase 1 (Current Pre-Revenue Baseline): Non-cash value exchange. Selected partners receive early access to upcoming features, direct co-marketing (disclosed creator spotlights & backlinks on our site), and direct access to our product team.
Phase 2 (Post-Graduation Revenue Share): Upon product monetization milestone graduation, active partners transition to performance-based revenue share and cash commissions (governed by finance-approved LTV benchmarks).

2. Target Creator Niches

We actively recruit partners across three primary creator niches (per channel spec §3.4):

Astrology & Horoscope Creators: Astrologers, zodiac content creators, and natal chart educators sharing birthday insights, sign traits, and seasonal calendar facts.
Lifestyle & Wellness Influencers: Content creators focusing on self-discovery, mindfulness, personal growth, and seasonal living routines.
Parenting, Family & Memory-Keeping Creators: Family bloggers, parents, and memory-keeping creators celebrating birthdays, baby milestones, and family dates.

3. FTC Compliance & Mandatory Disclosure Terms (16 CFR Part 255)

Transparency and compliance are mandatory contract terms for every partner. All partner posts, videos, or articles must strictly adhere to FTC guidelines and our zero-deception principles:

Clear & Conspicuous In-Post Disclosure: Every social post, video description, or article must include an explicit disclosure hashtag (e.g., #ad or #affiliate) AND an in-text statement: “I partner with Birthdate Season Calculator and may earn benefits from links in this post.”
No Bio-Only Disclosures: Placing a disclosure solely in a social media profile or bio is non-compliant. Disclosures MUST appear directly within the specific post or video caption.
Native Paid Partnership Tags: Use platform-provided paid partnership tools (such as Instagram or YouTube “Paid Partnership with...”) whenever supported by the platform.
No Fake Reviews or Bot Engagement: Partners must provide genuine opinions. Purchasing fake views, bot engagement, or publishing fabricated customer testimonials is strictly prohibited (FTC 2024 Trade Regulation Rule).
Regular Compliance Spot-Checks: We conduct regular manual compliance spot-checks on published partner links. Non-compliant content results in immediate revocation of partner codes/links.
